I just want to say that times are tight right now, and considering we all have not even been in the same room together in a couple months, I think that expensive gifts for one another this year are not necessary. Cristi, that diamond tennis bracelet will just have to wait. And, Tim, maybe I can knit you a new vest, but not a fancy store bought one from B. Republic this year, I'm afraid. I already gave Peter and Peter cookies (yes, those were your gifts)so they are good. Mookie, I'm sorry we couldn't pick up a wrestling mask in Mexico - problematic at Customs, you know. And Jason, I'm still tired from the limerick scrapbook craft honestly. Zach - are you still out there? I'd offer to make you coffee, but well... Hope you guys are all having fun this year. Miss playin' with ya. Merry Christmas and Kwanza to you all very soon.

I ate your share Peter and paid for it later. Apparently my stomach doesn't count the ones stuck together as one.

Hey, speaking of the Gift Exchange... after we all drew names, I uncovered something quite SHOCKING!!!
I drew Maureen's name. Then Mookie (who is soooooo nosy) asks me "Hey, Tim, who'd you get? I promise that I won't tell." So, I tell Mookie that I drew Maureen. Then Mookie says "Wait a minute... I have Maureen!"
Then, Cristi comes over (with her hand in the air with only two fingers up, held tightly together, but somehow... still smoking?) and asks Mookie & I "What the hell am I supposed to get for Maureen that is between $3 - $5?!?!?!?".
Then Jason comes over and asks "Hey... anybody wanna trade with me? I got Maureen again this year!"
Four people with Maureen's name? Really? FOUR PEOPLE?!?!? Oh, sure, I could understand some confusion if two of us had drawn the name "PETER"... but 4 slips of paper that all have "MAUREEN" written on them... and all in the same handwriting?!?!?!
Why the fuck would Zach do that?
