Congrats, Maureen, on your 3 years! Stevie's email was missing an important word: "Her natural [?] got her accepted into the troupe after only three months of classes." Moxie, panache, flair, QVC hostiness? Whatever it is, we're glad you got it.

Moxie. What a great term! You never hear that anymore. Samantha and I recently had a discussion about Moxie. We're trying to bring it back.
