Worst Improv Injury?

What's the worst you've ever been hurt while performing?

Maybe most of you are sensible, reasonable people and haven't been injured (besides emotionally) on stage. I cannot count myself among you.

In college, I was miming a trampoline and did a front flip (senton?) landing on my back. I didn't realize the floor was basically carpet covering a concrete floor. My back ached for at least five weeks. Not exactly improv, but I also broke my elbow at a pro-wrestling show a number of years back. I was wearing a mask and I missed a plancha (which was planned). However, the popping noise was not. I finished the match though, which would have been good, except it was a terrible match. And I lost the RCW Light Heavyweight title. The agony~!

I pulled a hamstring one time on stage. I don't know how the hell it happened. It think it was because earlier that day we had a staff picnic, played flag football, frisbee, etc. and I was running around wearing my Converse high-tops (not known for their "arch-support").

My team was doing a montage... I stepped out as an old man, a mummy, a pirate... basically anyone that could limp.
